Fresh Cornish Sardines are in back in season and back on our Specials board. It's a short Summer season, usually a couple of weeks give or take, so we make sure we order ours as soon as they get landed. Mandie simply panfries the fresh sardines in olive oil and adds sea salt, pepper and lemon juice and that’s it, they’re ready.
