Seafood is abundant at the moment and we thought you might like to see our seafood platter for four people that went out on Friday.
This platter featured:
A North-West coast of Scotland creel-caught fresh Grilled Lobster.
Two dressed Cornish pot-caught Brown Crabs; one with mango and lime salsa and the other baked Basque Txangurro style.
New Zealand Mussels; half of them stuffed with Brie, wrapped in Parma ham and baked, the others presented in a creamy garlic sauce.
